Project management / Axure prototype designing

6 years of PM experience in IT sphere.

Main activities:
- defining project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements and timing deliverables with adherence to project management process standards;
- managing projects schedule and performance;
- developing full scale project plans;
- facilitating meetings, assembling and coordinating project staff;
- tracking project deliverables with the help of JIRA and Redmine tools;
- presenting reports to stakeholders with the project progress, problems, and solutions
- participating in and providing overall management for the request for proposal (RFP) process to widen business;
- providing direction and support to project teams as necessary for associated roles.

Work Terms
