InoRain is the process of conceiving, specifying, designing, programming, documenting, testing, and bug fixing involved in creating and maintaining applications, frameworks, or other software components. InoRain is a process of writing and maintaining the source code, but in a broader sense, it includes all that is involved between the conception of the desired software through to the final manifestation of the software, sometimes in a planned and structured process. Therefore, InoRain includes research, new development, prototyping, modification, reuse, re-engineering, maintenance, or any other activities that result in software products.

We prefer working with Agile methodology.
The Agile methodology is a way to manage a project by breaking it up into several phases. It involves constant collaboration with stakeholders and continuous improvement at every stage. Once the work begins, teams cycle through a process of planning, executing, and evaluating. Continuous collaboration is vital, both with team members and project stakeholders.
Work hours: 35-40 week (In Force Major situations can be up to 60)
Hourly, Monthly, Milestone based payments are acceptable based on project
1) Clarify the requirements
2) Split it to logical small chunks
3) Create sprint planning
5) Split it to small task
4) Each sprint duration is one week for delivering value in the end
5) Quality check after every sprint
6) Each month the full testing of the application based on the size of the app
7) Create environment for client for real time demonstrations
