What is Instructional Design? It is a systematic way of developing instruction that is customized specifically for the learner. This process consists of analyzing the learning needs and goals of the student(s) and developing training media to meet those needs. The training materials can consist of handbooks, workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, websites or all of the above. Through the scientific process of observation and evaluation; successful instructional aids can enhance the learning experience. As an Instructional Designer, I have created training materials for Usher Boards, Witnessing Teams, Private Corporations, Civic Groups, and individuals. In each case it was important to create effective training materials in order to accommodate the intellectually growing population. Successful results were achieved with continued positive feedback. In business, academics, and religious environments, people are realizing that learner specific instruction is needed to meet the needs of empl

Work Terms

As an Instructional Designer and Online Blogger, I can work on projects and communicate with clients through email contact. I monitor emails throughout the day and will respond within a 24 hour time frame. This has proven to be a convenient contact method and you can review the progress of your project.
