About

My name is Ioana Iuga. I have a BA in Art History and Restoration and a BA in Museum Studies, both internationally recognized (WES badge).

I am an alumna in MDiv, Maitripa College, Portland, OR, USA (GPA: 3.93) that qualifies me to engage in mutually beneficial inter-religious dialogues and thus to support interfaith communication, reconciliation and cooperation between religions. At Maitripa, I had studied with Yangsi Rinpoche, James Blumenthal, Steven Vannoy and participated in workshops and lectures led by Samdhong Rinpoche, John Dunne, Anne Carolyn Klein, Robert Roesler, Thubten Chodron, Reverend Dr. Marilyn Sewell, minister at the first Unitarian Church, to name but a few.

I had always considered important to further my understanding of human psyche’s dynamics and its implication in our lives and thus decided to add to my MDiv, a diploma in Social Sciences and Counseling Skills, granted by the ARLT - The International Foundation for the Advancement of Reflecting Learning and Teaching, The Hague, Netherlands and a certificate of completion of a clinical program – the Intensive ITTM Training Program (to treat intergenerational traumas). The ITTM has a 93% rate of success among its clients and it involves only 15 sessions for adults and a total of 21 sessions, children included.

I am also a certified vocational counselor and coach, a writer and an activist for social change.
