I am a graduate of Library Archival and Information Science, however, I have professional experience in the fields of Human Resources and Communication. I am an experienced Editor and Proofreader with interest in Digital Marketing, Digital Publishing, Sales and Marketing.
I am a creative and articulate individual who is ready to learn and has been of great value to the organizations where I have worked previously, and I look forward to doing the same in more organizations. • Conduct desk research on various research projects conducted within my department
• Liaised with other departments, such as the Operations department to ensure the validation of various aspect of the field work progress, such as the mystery shoppers
• Assist in the research project from inception to execution, in the aspects of design and implementation
• Prepare various relevant documents, such as the briefing documents, questionnaires, amongst others
• Co-ordinating the Field Work progress and ensuring quality control through it all
