I provide oversight on the Operating Expenses, rationalized proposed spend and reviewed savings opportunities including prioritization of repairs & maintenance requirements based on how critical the need is, price negotiations with vendors, optimization of inventory levels through sales and operations planning routines and enhanced governance measures.
