Hi there, I’m a Japanese-English translator and interpreter with a deep interest in Japanese culture who has lived in Japan for a total of 4 years and graduated from Tokyo Netwave vocational school in Tokyo, with an Associate Degree in Game Entertainment Business, majoring in Game Design.

After my graduation, I spent 4 years working as an English/Japanese translator and localizer for an independent game development project, getting my first experience translating/localizing different types of documents. This experience made me realize that I would greatly enjoy translation as a career.

I continue my work as a translator, a position where I have continued to grow my skills, take on increasingly greater responsibilities and challenges and strive to be the best I can in a field that I truly enjoy working in.

With my 10 years of total working experience, 5 years of which were spent specializing as a translator with a total of 9 years doing Japanese language-related work, I believe I can fully utilize my skills, cultural insight and know-how to bring value to your organization as a highly skilled, enthusiastic and professional translator and interpreter.



初めまして、私は日本文化に深い関心を抱く、日本滞在期間4年間、東京での東京ネットウェーブ専門学校ゲームエンターテインメントビジネス科ゲーム企画専攻を卒業した日英翻訳・通訳者です。

卒業後、独立ゲーム開発プロジェクトで英語/日本語の翻訳者/ローカライザーを4年間務め、様々な書類を翻訳・ローカライズすることを初めて体験しました。この経験によって、私はキャリアとして翻訳を大いに楽しんでいることに気付きました。

今現在は翻訳者として勤め続けていて、スキルを成長させ、より大きいな責任とチャレンジに挑戦しつつ、充実した分野で活躍し続けてきました。

合計10年の職歴年数、翻訳者職務経験5年、そして合計日本語関連職務経験9年で、私は自分のスキル、文化的洞察とノウハウを存分に活かし、高いスキルを持つ、熱心かつプロフェショナルな翻訳・通訳者として貴社に価値をもたらせると信じております。
