Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I am available to work on your project from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. I may be available on weekends or outside of these hours, but it will depend on my current workload and schedule. If you need me to work outside of these hours, please let me know in advance, and we can discuss the details.
Payment Terms:
I require a 50% deposit before starting any project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. For longer-term projects, I may require milestone payments as we progress. I prefer to use Guru.com's SafePay Escrow service to ensure that both parties are protected throughout the payment process.
Preferred Communication Style:
I believe that clear and open communication is the key to a successful project, and I am happy to communicate via email, phone, or video chat as needed. I will always respond to messages within 24 hours during business hours, and I will keep you updated on the progress of your project on a regular basis.
Work Terms:
Scope of Work: Before beginning any project, we will discuss the scope of work in detail to ensure that we are both on the same page. I will provide a detailed project proposal outlining the timeline, deliverables, and cost.
Revisions: I will provide up to three rounds of revisions for all projects, unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.
Deliverables: I will provide all deliverables in the format and file type agreed upon in the project proposal. I will ensure that all deliverables meet the quality standards agreed upon in the proposal.
Confidentiality: I understand that confidentiality is important to many of my clients, and I will ensure that all information shared with me remains confidential.
