Join Newell Rubbermaid since 2004 as Sr. buyer at shanghai sourcing office , Most years I worked for hand tool and hardware segment and brands like Irwin, Rubbermaid commercial , Shurline, Bulldog, Amrock . And started to learn more about all kind of manufacturing processes ( injection molding, stamping, die casting, forging, extrusion -al. fiberglass, pvc, coating ), which I think is my weakness when I joined the company. And that enables me to work better and direct with engineer on projects and speak the same language. After moving on to project manager role, sourcing manager role, by the 2012 I was prompted to Sr. sourcing manager in charge of hardware business with 5 direct sourcing manager reports, and 6 quality staffs indirect report. By the time I realized I need more knowledge about how to leading people, and I decided to take part in a MBA course – Norwegian business school , a 2-year international partime program with Fudan university , I graduated and certified by 2014
