My payment structure is designed for clarity and ease:
- An initial deposit of 30% is required to start any project, securing our mutual commitment.
- The remaining balance is payable upon project completion and your approval.
- All payments are managed securely via Guru.com's SafePay, accepting various methods including bank transfers and credit cards.
- I typically issue invoices on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, based on project length and type.
- Note: Late payments as per our agreed terms may incur a small late fee.

Preferred Communication Style

Clear and consistent communication is key to successful project outcomes. Initial consultations and significant discussions are best held via video calls (Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, etc.). For ongoing communication, updates, and queries, I prefer using Guru.com's messaging system, emails, or WhatsApp messages. I aim for prompt responses, usually within one business day.
