Deliver high quality, intuitive and functional UX/UI designs
Coming from a background in the corporate world and in Business Analysis, as well as Product Management, I have a particular strength in ensuring requirements are documented and pay special attention to making sure that the customer's needs are met.
In past roles, I have worked alongside both development teams and design teams to deliver software products to customers both in the UK and abroad. Some of these projects can be seen below.
Project experience:
- Chatbots: documenting user personas, wireframing the UI, designing the UX, testing designs with the end-users, working with developers to deliver a value-adding product iteratively, coordinating UAT.
- Risk Management Ecosystem Website and App: designing the low fidelity mockups and wireframes, working as part of a design team to produce high fidelity prototypes, testing the prototypes with end users, working with developers to ensure the final product meets requirements.
- RPA (robotic process automation): identifying use cases, prioritising these, eliciting requirements, wireframing the UI, testing of the prototypes, coordinating the development.
