I’m an experienced Architectural designer and Building Technologist, with skills majorly in architectural design of spaces ranging from private home, commercial and communal facilities. I possess proven ability to ensure projected architectural designs are functional, safe and economical and meet the client needs. I have ability to think and design architectural spaces and structures in 3 dimensions using CAD programs.

WORK TERMS
My fee for seeing the project through from start to completion will be [$30/hr]. I will be working maximum 5 hour /day. The duration is limited to daytime hours. Depending on your time zone .
PAYMENT TERMS
Proposed payment terms:

Paid on acceptance of this architectural proposal.
30% (60%)
Paid at Milestone 1- Initial completion of architectural drawing and sketches
30% (90%)
Paid at Milestone 3-Review of Proposal and completion of milestone 2 and approval being granted.
10% (100%)
Paid at Milestone 4 :Completion of all project tasks.
