I have worked in a diverse field of work over 19 years. I have hands on experience with security alarms, a bit of electrician work and telecommunications. I have also worked as a customer service representative and as a dealer rep for a telecommunications company. I became a senior agent for Iqor as well as a supervisor. Within almost 3 years working as both in the aforementioned company I learnt alot of systems, heavy data entry work, email correspondence and problem resolution.
As a web and app tester I ensue I find the bugs and alert the clients, also give relevant suggestions.
