To let you know a bit about me, I have worked in a technology field for many years. Which required a lot of reading in technical manuals. I enjoy reading articles in medicine, law and science. And am fairly fluent in Spanish. I taught English for a year in Central America. I also enjoy lighter reading and curling up to a good story. I enjoy bicycling and hiking. I have edited a couple of books and several articles.
I like to catch the obvious errors on the first read and to get a feel for the style of writing. On the second pass, I see if the copy flows and keep an eye out for other errors or omissions. Then, later, I read it to make sure nothing else looks amiss. If you prefer I can use corroborating tools Record and Comments in LibreOffice to mark the suggested changes.
