Work Terms
We work both on a fixed-cost project basis (for example, working with you on a solution to a particularly difficult problem or on a specific defined-scope project) as well as hourly, including hybrid approaches.
For certain exceptional fundamental business evolution/transformation engagements, a results-based fee or equity in your business may also be a part of the equation.
