I am a 35-year-old Salvadorean who have more than 10 years working on the Call Center Industry as a Customer Service Agent, I provide Sales Services at Hotels.com and Customer Services at Dell, AT&T and a little bit of Technical Support for both companies. I worked as an English-Spanish Translator for One Call Care Transport and Translate also work for as a Medical Records Research. In the past 2 years, I start my journey as a Virtual Assistant here at Upwork working providing Customer Service for Jevons Property Management and Pellego over the phone also giving Chat and Email Support. My last job was at Checkpoint Security a Canadian Locksmith Company giving phone Support creating jobs and dispatching locksmiths. Before Start working, I graduated from High School back in 2003 and graduated for a Music Master on Drums and Latin Percussion and sometimes I do teach drums, most in my free time.
