Work Terms
Let me tell you important steps that how we deal when a proposal is successful or client reaches us back for the project discussion:
Step 1: Getting details and understanding thoughts of client regarding his project.
Step 2: Asking for 1-2 days to work on the given details (for understanding and answering client's questions) and develop some strategy to identify/revise the time frame and budget.
Step 3: Sending some portfolio(If asked) to client with an estimate of project cost and timeline. Furthermore, we send any queries we find while studying the project details.
Step 4: Negotiations in a reasonable manner and finalizing the deal. We discuss the approximate deadline and tell clients about our convenient ways to keep him updated (Mostly we update every other day).
Step 5: Updating the team to be ready to work and getting the required credentials from client.
Step 6: When it's all set up, the teams start their work as per their schedule to meet deadlines.
