This is my first experience working with Guru, and Jayanta. It has been great working with Jayanta. He is eager to get things just right, and did not have a problem making changes along the way as we were learning together how to execute my particular project. I have learnt that communicating exactly how and what I am looking for, is the key. Jayanta is very willing to work with me, and has been patient in making adjustments as I was finding my feet myself. I will continue working with Jayanta on the next phase of the project, and hope that this will turn into a long term working relationship.
