I am well trained in cold calling and appointment setting with quality clients. I can also do research for potential clients to broaden your business reach and competitors' activities for us to plan our marketing strategy (this is what I do that's why I consistently reach my monthly goals) My experience does not confine me to just deliver numbers, I can also do Customer Service, answering customer inquiries, addressing customer complaints and deliver high-level quality service to both maintain and extend business relation for future business opportunities . I can also help you with your Admin works as I am well exposed to do sales and inventory reports, sales quotations, monitoring deliveries, and order processing.I can help you manage your social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Hootsuite and Planoly. I can give you my weekly plan on what to post on a daily basis to increase traffic on your business page to increase brand awareness, engagement and reach. Monthly reports STATs will be a big help to track the customer's interactions with the page.
