Customer Service is a hard job but someone has to do it.
I am an excellent customer service agent with experience in banking, customer service correspondence and money transfer. Time is of great priority to me and I am proactive in the way I think and look at things.
Learning new things gets my thinking sharpened so I read books or internet material every so often. I believe that good things are hidden in between book covers and they are best explored in reading.
I blog on perfumes. Singing is a creative way for me to get energized for the day [however not on the job]. I am a lover of jazz and instrumentals, classical music and TED Talks.
