About

I'm a freelance editor / publicist with an NYC publishing background looking to help you polish your manuscript or promote your latest project!

I'm an associate editor for Sundress Publications, an independent publisher of poetry and literary fiction based in Knoxville, TN, and a freelance copyeditor for O/R Books. In addition, I'm currently finishing an MFA program at the University of New Orleans.

My 7+ years of experience in the publishing industry include time as an assistant publicist for Seven Stories Press, a publicity / editorial assistant for University of New Orleans Press, and a staff editor for Siren, a major romance novel publisher. I've also held editorial internships with Columbia University Press and W. W. Norton.

Work Terms

I ask for 30 day net payment terms. I like to have a preliminary phone conversation where we address specific goals you have for your manuscript. After that, I prefer to work over email :)
