I have 9 years of experience as a civil engineer. For almost a decade in construction industry, it mold me to become to what I am today, competent, motivated, organized and goal oriented. Here are some of my work experience:
Projects: Mid-rise buildings, commercial buildings and residential
Review the proposed project’s design, material specifications, contract drawings and project
documents to understand the scope of the project and start the estimation process
Manage project development from initiation to closure
Assign responsibilities to the workers and supervise the execution of works
Ensure the execution of works is in accordance with the approved shop drawing and project
requirements
Monitor the progress of structural and fit-out works
Schedule all workloads required on site and report work accomplishments
Allocate work to subcontractors and oversee their works
Review the Contract & Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Compute the cost of labor, materials and time requirements needed to complete the project
Control, monitor, and ensure that the actual site estimated quantities for structural and
architectural works are all in accordance with the limit and scope of the awarded contract BOQ
Prepare measurement/quantity take-off backups and progress reports
Handles estimating and cost control
Conduct value engineering of design options to maximize value for money
Measure the work done on site and prepare payment application
Prepare method statement and act as QA/QC to ensure project standards and requirements
are achieved
Work Terms
I can manage to work 8hrs / day and 6 days / week, Payment terms depends on task given and payment shall be done thru paypal
