I recently left my Corporate job and put up my home office so I can permanently work from home and further my professional growth at the same time by taking up online classes to further enhance my skills and knowledge to adapt to today's demands and continuously changing need for general virtual assistance.
My Company mainly provides General Administrative and Telemarketing Services for small to medium scale business owners struggling in getting enough time to run their business, needs help for ease in workload, better productivity, better sales, and possible system automation or customization.
In the past 5 years of my BPO industry experience, I have gained knowledge and expertise in phone handling providing customer, technical, collections and pre and post-sales support in various industries. I have well adapted to several business processes and is very much apt, a quick learner and analytical of different platforms used.
I am working remotely from my home office equipped with tools and skills necessary.
I have a competitive high-speed internet connection that should allow for an efficient and reliable remote connection to anywhere in the world.
I am now available to take in projects and is available to work between 8 AM EST - 5 PM EST Business operation hours.
I have laptops that can accommodate different platforms or program applications necessary for smooth internet-based business processes.
I also conduct business in a quiet environment to ensure a professional and productive projection for your business.
