I have experience in customer support through various platforms such as discussion
forums, live chat, customer satisfaction survey, phone, SMS text support, and social media applications. My roles included responding to customer needs, marketing, and sales promotion. I also performed miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. I am fluent in both English and Swahili.
