Work Terms

Residential architectural rate is $2 / sq. ft. Light Commercial architectural rate is $4 / sq. ft. Licensed Design Professional stamp available from third party for New York State and Pennsylvania. Other types of projects per project budget or as agreed upon.
Will work on site for local projects.Payment through Guru.com preferred. Other arrangements possible.
