As a Social Media Manager, I curated content, created and executed social media strategies, and managed multiple social media platforms to increase exposure, engagement, and website traffic for the company's products. During my time as a customer service representative, I learned essential communication skills to handle challenging situations with empathy and patience. Additionally, my two years of work experience as a Credit and Collection Specialist gave me a good understanding of managing financial information, generating reports, and exceeding set targets through negotiation of delinquent accounts. Finally, my experience in sales and cashier services allows me to provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and manage inventory effectively.
