Networking Specialist
I am married with a fourteen year old teenager. I graduated at Liceo de Cagayan University, Cagayan de Oro City with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management. I started my career as a Call Center Professional for more than 8 years as a Senior Product Support Specialist II. We provide Technical Support for various of customers from Asia, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and North America. During my stays with the company, I have never been issued with an Incident Report due to my incompetent. I even gained recognition through my exemplary performance for several years. I am a very competitive person and quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others.
Work Terms
With regard on the Work Terms, I can working 8 hours in a day regardless if it's on a graveyard shift or a morning shift.I have preference when it comes to the time of work. Whatever is required by my client, I am willing to deal with it. I don,t have preference when it comes to the payment process. Whatever will be agreed with a client, I can comply the necessary requirements just to provide what is being ask by the client. With the communication process, whichever is convenient for the client.
