I am Gladys Joe Lagrimosa, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, but I have been working in BPO companies for almost 6 years with experience in accounting and customer advisor associate, and as a general virtual assistant and administrative support for 3 years now. I have worked in Convergys as a Supervisor and a Technical Support Subject Matter Expert of a US business and accounting software under Intuit that helped small businesses and accountants succeed by solving business and accounting problems. I am assisting clients with recording, filing, typing, reporting, reconciling, and expediting work results in accounting transactions. I have worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Senior Process Associate of an Australian Insurance Company. helping clients to book, lodge, file, and process claims from their insurance. I worked as a Technical Production Team Manager at RJK Solutions under the Intuit Turbo Tax account that processes US taxation forms and managed teams at TurboTax, making sure that we deliberate excellent assistance in filing US taxation forms. As a Production team manager, one of my tasks is to mentor and coach entry-level administrative support staff making sure that we are aligned and collaborative with our daily tasks while mentoring and coaching my team in assisting in filing US taxation clients too but most importantly as a production team manager, administrative support is also my priority task to carry out administrative duties for my senior managers. I have worked at Concentrix as a Google YouTube Creator Support Advisor, who does chat and email responses to YouTube partners. Document each partner’s question or problem as well as the resulting answers or solutions and develop customer service solutions. Right now, I am currently working as an Accounting Consultant under Conversion Services Corp. where I helped provide data conversion services to and from all the most popular ERP and Accounting applications. I also worked on recording, reconciling, and expediting work reports and results in accounting transactions, develop custom Data Mapping, Data Cleanup and Data Conversion Tools to connect directly with applications' source accounting databases, extract all the data, perform a comprehensive data cleanup and convert the data to a new accounting system and help provide comprehensive custom data integration services, custom report development, e-commerce Website integration and a full spectrum of professional tools and services for IT Departments, Business Managers and Accounting professionals.
