Johanna Michelle Lim is the Chief Brand Strategist of a boutique agency based in Cebu City called Dual Story Brand Strategy and Communications. Her expertise in content development as well as her experience in creative problem solving allows her to lead multiple brand campaigns in new and traditional platforms.

Lim's strategic storytelling approach is key when tackling complex messaging issues in aspects such as branding, marketing, press relations, and internal stakeholder buy-in. She is also skilled in research and development and operations with the Western market in mind.

In 2013, Lim ventured from freelance content development to creating a full-service agency that now employs eight team members. To date, Dual Story has been servicing local clients for over four years.

Being in a fast-paced industry like marketing and advertising allowed Lim to collaborate with different personalities from all over the Philippines, and all over the world.

Lim's knowledge in social development and her on-the-ground work also placed her in a unique position to travel all over the Philippines and Southeast Asia, the culmination of which is a book called What Distance Tells Us, which was a finalist in the Madrigal-Gonzales Best First Book Awards. Lim's work have been featured in a variety of publications and websites such as Travelocity, Expedia, Cruising, and Illustrado.

She also handles creative direction for social impact organizations and is active in the literary arts scene in the Philippines, blending both her passion for storytelling and her expertise in her profession to the organizations that she works with.

She is excited to bring this self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit to the companies she will be working with in this platform. With her multifaceted experience in brand management, marketing, and operations, she is reaching out to big impact brands with the hopes of contributing to their next level of growth.
