I've been working in IT and Software Development for 10 years now. When I was starting out, "AJAX" was a hot new thing, there weren't even any books printed on the subject yet. Things have changed a lot since then, but that just means there are a lot more ways to build cool web apps. From heavily stream-lined user friendly GUIs, to powerful command line programs manipulating many TerraBytes of data I've covered a lot of ground in my career.
Work Terms
Email is the first and easiest means of contact. I'm living in Yokohama, Japan but looking to maintain 1099 income from companies back in the US. I'm living on Japan standard time, but can definitely be available for phone calls if scheduled a little in advance. (Currently 13 hours ahead of EDST). My work schedule can be flexible if a project requires it, but typically my primary work hours will be 8-6PM JST.
If payment can be sent electronically to my US bank account that would be best. Paypal works too. Otherwise, I can provide an address for checks to be mailed.
