Project Scope: Design & supervision of Electrical Services for a four
toried Residential Hostel block.
3 Proposed Residential Development on Plot LR No. 271/147, Ridgeway Estate,
Nairobi
Project Scope: Design and Supervision of electrical services of the residential
development.
4 Proposed Happy land mall along Kangundo road,Embakasi,Nairobi
Project Scope: Design & supervision of Electrical services for a new shopping mall
spread in three floors including 2 No. basements consisting of supermarket space,
retaurants, bakery , 1 No. passenger lift,1 No. goods lifts and compound parking .
5 Proposed Securex office block on L.R No. 4257/37,89 along Riverside Drive, Nairobi.
Project Scope: Design & Supervision of Electrical services for the office block
comprising of seven floors and two basement parking floors, 4 No. passenger
lifts, a set of 150KVA prime generator and 350KVA standby generator running on
parallel mode system, restaurant and a penthouse house.
6 Proposed shopping mall on L.R No. 209/7589 along Lunga Lunga Road, Industrial area, Nairobi
