I'm passionate about training people on soft skills, customer service, and leadership. And the most effective tool in my arsenal is my command over English and the ability to articulate expressively to communicate the true meaning behind a message. To get to this level, I had to overcome my own inhibitions and the lack of ability to communicate well. I was rejected at my first interview for the lack of basic English. That's when I woke up to the reality that communication plays a pivotal role to not only secure a job but to really thrive in the workforce. I can't really say that I have reached the pinnacle of the highest level of communication if there is such a thing. However, I aim to live by my tagline and strive to achieve and deliver the best at every opportunity I get.
As for hobbies are concerned, I play the violin, the guitar, and I love to read.
With over 10 years of experience in the service industry, I can train people on English (TESOL Canada Certified), customer service skills, accent neutralization, Email etiquette, products and services, create content, edit content, write content,and more.
Work Terms
I'm available from Monday to Saturday from 5AM to 6PM MST/EST. I take payments through direct deposits.
