Short version: You are looking for someone to write you a shell script? Hire Joseph! Long version: I am impressed with Joseph's technical skills and ability to grasp the requirements really fast. He started the script based on very high level description on the task, even before we talk, and he got my requirements 100% correct. I totally recommend him for shell scripting.
