I offer flat fee recruiting services Doesn’t matter. It’s one rate for all roles up to $80,000 in salary
Why pay more from a traditional recruiting company when you can get the same service for a flat fee.
Of course! We offer a 3 month guarantee. If a new hire does not work out within the first three months, we will conduct another search to fill the role at no cost.
(We still expect a call if our new hire leaves after 3 months. Not sure what we’ll do. We’ll figure it out together, because that’s what partners do.)
Can you fill senior and executive roles?
Yes, at flat rates that are moderately higher than our standard rate, but very much in line with our flat rate pricing philosophy.
