My name is Joy Patrice Lopez 31 years of age and a College level under Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Computer Management at St. Paul's Business College. I was a former Customer service representative year 2017-2018 at The Results Companies and a Sales representative year 2017 at Nexus One BPO, Inc. handles large amount of customer calls for a business and also attended various kinds of seminars and trainings and received a National Certification II (Nc II) given by TESDA for completing the projects.
