My work attitude and investment into self learning have been key to not only make my clients satisfied but also do more than what is expected. I've always been a Microsoft Office enthusiast and nothing would please me more than to make things easier than it has to be. Work for me is always planning ahead, developing methods to improve work efficiency and most importantly helping co workers improve their work efficiency/productivity. My extra effort and ad hoc dedication have always been for the betterment of not only myself but also for the business. My forte is process improvement and data management.
My previous job has taught me that investing time and effort today yields to saving much more time and effort in the future. As a member of a Six Sigma Green Belt project, I learned that one key ingredient to process improvement and ultimately to a business's success is investment in their employees. Through my own way, I have helped businesses grow by developing/designing automated templates/reports, helping co workers make their job more effective and efficient through automation and automating ad hoc reports for the future.
Before automating a report/template, I always master and study the process related to it. In my previous job, I was a top performer and I mentor my co workers on how to stay competitive while enjoying work. For me learning the job is a process and it also gives respect to the business owners/clients. Hence, it is not enough to do the job but also live the job.
Going through the process and developing macro oriented templates which will improve process efficiency and productivity is always necessary to understand problems and user specific needs. I do not settle with I am presented with and how it's done. I always offer suggestions on how I see things and how I can help improve them. The best practice is to reduce time and effort in doing tasks while producing more.
