I am a qualified and experienced Human Resources Officer and a Teacher by profession. I have more than ten years experience in the HR field where I have gained a wealth of experience in typing numerous work-related documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases.

I have produced several quality job interview and promotion minutes for junior, middle grade and senior positions as well as the minutes for vital meetings and workshops held by senior managers and their key stakeholders. I have also written and typed several detailed reports on misconduct investigations, programme monitoring and evaluation reports for consumption by key stakeholders like Unicef and GPE, inter alia.

I have managed to create good quality PowerPoint presentations for my seniors for meetings, workshops and training and development purposes. I use Excel on a regular basis when preparing budgets and other tasks.

I have played a crucial role in the creation through co-ordination and data capturing of a massive employee database containing more than 124 000 staff members.

Being a part-time tutor for HR courses, I have guided and will continue to guide the students to write assignments and dissertations most of which I end up typing owing to my keyboarding proficiency.

Work Terms

I have decided to augment my low salary through freelance typing. Hence, I will be available 5 hours per day (Mondays to Fridays) between 1700 hours and 2200 hours but all day during weekends. I can handle multiple tasks from different clients.

Due to work commitments during the day, the typing will be mostly done offline, where a file containing the task is downloaded, typed offline and the completed task is submitted online within the agreed time frames.

I will be convenient for me to receive payment through electronic funds transfer. My clients can communicate with me through my email address or cellphone number.
