I am Julieta Salapong, 3 years experienced VA for eCom, I have great attention to detail, knowledgeable in handling Google Sheets & Excel (CSV) for manual orders, MS Word, Aliexpress, Shopify, Dropified, and Oberlo for order fulfillment and processing. Have a good knowledge of product listing and researching.
I am also a Customer Service assistant who is very passionate about solving problems by listening to the real needs of the customer, have good control with regards to Gmail, Freshdesk, Reamaze and Facebook.
