Experience Data Analyst & Expert with Google Sheets
I have over 9 years of professional experience analyzing large call record data both in the Telecommunications and Call Marketing industries. Over the last decade I've completed projects from KPI metric management, building custom data models in Google Sheets and in DataPrep, visualizing internal and external data either with Klipfolio and DataStudio, and connecting data between different systems and applications either utilizing REST APIs or tools like Zapier. I also have experience gathering business requirements from stakeholders, designing project plans, current and future state process modeling, and acting both as a Business Analyst /Project Manager in various projects.
As of recently I have been focused on developing my skillset in Data Science, specifically machine learning and Bayesian statistics and just completed a course learning various Python libraries. I am also currently enrolled and studying Andrew Ng's Machine Learning Coursera course from Stanford University and have also taken courses in Business Analysis.
