I have more than fifteen years experience in various sector of manufacturing ranging from design and fabrication, testing, validation, training and maintenance of in the automotive, aviation and medical devices industries.
I have been working for a tier one and two supplier for various automotive manufacturers, including the big three and EU auto makers. I performed
process and product validation and verification. I supported multiple product lines from machining to grinding. I have successful in launched a prototype spark ignition direct injection (SIDI) pump from the design phase to full production. I have developed robust process designs, process controls, and implemented good manufacturing practices (GMP) and SPC of pump processes that has out-performed all others in the SIDI/GDI pump class. I have designed benchmark processes companies which was used for future process development initiatives.
I have landed and closed deals for manufacturing equipment for several million dollars. Once a deal has been completed I installed and validated the equipment and tooling to make significantly impact the business.
Using tool obtained throughout the years in areas of lean manufacturing and six sigma, I am able to design, setup an optimize manufacturing process to produce a high first pass yields with minimal machine downtime.
