Work Terms
Hours of operation are project dependent but will most often take place in the evenings (MT) and on the weekends. My preferred method of communication is email. Payment terms are typically "in full upon completion", however, if the project is large or lengthy I may require up to 50% at the start of the project or an agreed upon percentage at the completion of predefined milestones.
