Work Terms
I work normal weekly business hours unless something is coordinated ahead of time. I take payments through PayPal, check, or as available through online services such as Guru.com.
Depending on the job, I charge $85 an hour, or can negotiate for fixed rate jobs, mostly with campaign based product launches.
In the event a fixed rate job is accepted, 50% milestone is due up front, and 50% due on delivery.
In some rare cases, 3 to 5% long term royalties are accessed by contractual terms.
I use Dropbox and Google Drive to share documents, and communicate by Cell and Skype.
