Administrative Associate| 2 Years of experience| Expertised in Data and Documentation Management

I am a new graduated student with a Bachelor of Fine Art degree in Film Studies at York University. As a film student, I developed strong writing skills with everyday participation in writing analytical film reviews and articles. My formal education has given me the opportunity to use my skills to research information, critically assess content and make connections between different fields. I gained necessary analytical skills, which allows me to determine the goal of a particular work in different professional fields and to create appropriate solutions on many different basis.

In addition to my education, my work experiences as an Administrative Associate in a law firm, a copyright company, and a tutorial school, provided me hand-on experience in performing administrative and secretarial tasks. From the experience of copyright obtaining, I developed the habit of paying extra attention to details and accuracy. Exposure to data entry, confidential document management, email inquiry handling, and appointment scheduling, has given me the practical experiences in performing administrative task in different fields with professional skills and manners.

My work experience as a production team in a marketing firm provided me the opportunity to develop strong organizational skills where I effectively complete the daily assigned task. By framing a mind set to work up chain of command efficiently, I demonstrated the ability to prioritizing tasks strategically prior to the required professional standard and to the deadline.

I have practical experiences in applying Microsoft Office in office environment, such as Words, Excel, Powerpoints, and Outlook. I am also familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign and Autocad. My solid knowledge in variety computer programs and my work experience has proved my strengths that unique qualify me for administration related task.
