A dedicated, motivated educationalist with 10 years of classroom experience in the United States in different educational programs and the last 10 years of strategic planning and development experience building, developing and strengthening different educational organizations in East Africa.
Have worked as a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technical Officer, Educational Designer, Human Resource Manager, Program Manager, and Operations Manager developing curriculum, training teachers and staff, designing systems, policies and procedures and evaluating overall impact. Have developed various network wide data collection systems, tools, trainings, and evaluation systems that have lead to the creation of various impact reports and strategic planning changes. Also currently serving as Vice President of a U.S. based non-profit managing fundraising campaigns, program management, and donor relations.
