I am belonging from INDIA. I am Kesari Nandan Rai age-22, I am hard-working person, I was studied from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. I was studied till 10th, due to family financial problem. But after 10th I was not simply sat. On 2014 I was started a work as a shop keeper in hardware shop and in that I was did every work like cleaning, treated good to customer, dealing with customer. From childhood I was studied in Chennai due to that I know the three languages Hindi is my mother tongue, English I was learned and Tamil talking with the local person. I was did two years work in shop keeper field. Then I was started a find new job to dovelep my self like communication skills, talking way, be a patience in ager mood ECT. And on May 2015 I got the opportunity to work with start health and allied insurance company LTD. Star health is good field where u can grow your self , I was completed 4 years in star health. Last in 3 years I was work in customer support like attending inbound call, outbound call, mail support ect. In 3 years I was learned everything like talking way, dressing sense, talk patiently with everyone, communication skills ect. But one day due to family problem I have to come in Lucknow my native and I was decided to give resignation with letter of transfer to Lucknow-zo from star health customer care Chennai. And unfortunately last day of my resignation I got the transfer letter this is good of my life . But in day of starting I was met with everyone but u cannot judge to anyone in the day of starting. Everyone supportive one supportive only like in Chennai employees. But everyone in my team members no one supportive nd no one even don't know the talking sense. My work in Lucknow zo as a claim processing scan an upload in the portal in one I was not able to develop my self even forgot whatever I was leaned in chennai. So this the reason I want joined with those people with whom we can grow the company as well as to our self.

Work Terms

If I get opportunity to work 8 hours or more then that I'll do. But not for earn only learn also, because if u learn everything from your work then u can achieve success and become a good and professional employee. And if u achieve your target then automatically u can earn your good performance.
