Sales, Marketing and Admin support
I am a sales operation professional with a degree in communication/PR. Though I work full time in sales, I am always looking for more opportunity to do more work.
Some of the work that I have done in the past as an account specialist is managing online advertising campaigns by working directly with clients to ensure the proper ad copy, monitoring online traffic to their profile and website, writing and re writing ad copy to clients’ specifications, and working directly with the Account Executive to flight clients’ advertisement campaigns online.
I also have been managing multiple clients’ social media accounts daily, to fit their business needs. Providing customer service to existing clients by doing monthly check in calls to each client, producing information to the customer on their monitored campaigns, making sure the customer is content and able to deliver renewal and retention rates.
