Work Terms
Our development center is in India and we are available for project discussions for mutual convenient timings. We take up work in areas where we are very strong and in a position to delivery to the customers' expectations.
Our delivery process starts with understanding the requirements thoroughly and submitting a proposal with the cost estimation and timelines. Once the customer is fine with the cost, then, take an advance payment before we start the work. The subsequent payments are mutually agreed upon depending on the volume of the work and the duration of the project work.
Most of our development work is carried out in Agile format so that the customers can see the progress of the development periodically. Based on how the application is evolving, changes are bound to be there and we absorb 10% changes (effort wise) in our processes. Changes beyond the 10% will be estimated and confirmed with the customer for pricing.
We have an internal QA team that verifies the final product against the requirements ensuring expected quality. The delivery is made to the customer for UAT and we take care of fixing the UAT defects. Once the final delivery is made, then, we provide warranty support for a period that will be determined for each project.
