I am actively searching for an opportunity in research, editorial, writing and publishing divisions. I am currently employed as Junior Scientific Writer, Research & Analysis, Springer Nature-Pune. I joined the current position in September 2017. Here, I am responsible for the database of Nanomaterials and Nano-devices of “nano.nature.com”, extraction of relevant Nano-Materials & Nano-Devices to build a concise platform on the basis of prevalent advancements in nanotechnology, analyzing nanotechnology based data from the research articles of various research journals like Elsevier, Nature Review, Nature Energy, Advance Material, RSC and many more.
Before this, I was a Trainee at IIT-BHU, Varanasi. I worked (since January 2017 to August 2017) under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Anchal Srivastava, Institute of Science, Department of Physics, BHU. I was working on CVD based thin film synthesis of Graphene, h-BN and similar 2-D materials, writing technical project proposals like DFG/DST proposals and UGC ‘epaathshala’ modules.
Before that, I was a M.Tech-Nanotechnology dissertation trainee (since January 2014 to January 2015) under the guidance of Dr. D.K Misra, (Senior Scientist, Metals & Alloys group), CSIR-National Physical Laboratory. My project was on “Synthesis and Investigation of Thermo-Electric Properties of Skutterudites Graphene Particles Nanocomposite”. There, I was responsible for solid state synthesis of Skutterudites, Half-Heusler thermoelectric materials for their device based applications, doping of various nanomaterials to manipulate their thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and incurring high production of phonons, general operations of FESEM, TEM, spark plasma sintering, planetary ball milling machine and lastly for theoretical/literature surveys and publishing conference proceedings.
I have completed my B.Tech and M.Tech-Nanotechnology from Amity Institute of Nanotechnology (2015).My motivations include alacrity to learn new things.
