I am a bit of a Swiss Army knife with the variety of skills I harness. Highly hands-on, creative and dedicated to the Work I am grateful to be working on.

My name is Kristen J. Cook and I am a native of Southern California, born and raised. I am a new mother as of January 22, 2017, to the most amazingly intelligent and beautiful little girl. I dote on my daughter most lovingly and am here on Guru.com to find work to better finance our small family, to be able to provide not only for my daughter and myself, but to also provide assistance, dedication and hard work to whomever I end up working with/for.

My background is in the Creative field. I am a hands-on artist whose niche is in illustration, freehand, though I also have a college education/certification in Graphic Design.

Additionally, I have worked as a bookkeeper for an independent contractor and I found such a position to be rather rewarding as I work very well in positions of maintaining detail.

I am also skilled as an avid researcher and fact-checker.

I type 72 WPM and had been brought up learning to utilize an office/administrative mindset and practice in my everyday life. Therefore, I am well-versed in computer related environments and very comfortable operating both PC's as well as Apple Mac iOS', not to mention Android and Apple tablet, iPad and wireless phone operating platforms.

I do not yet hold a college degree, though I believe my intent as a worker and or employee is just as promissory as the person with his or her Bachelor's; I wouldn't each and everyday; effort and accuracy, alongside loyalty and dependability are everything, as far as I am concerned.lly, I do not believe in stopping a job until it has been thoroughly tended to and completed. Making those who rely on me for a job well done is just as important my priority as completing the job(s) I am responsible for.

Work Terms

I am available to work off-site, remote, online and from my own home. My hours are entirely open as are my day and night availability. I am able to be required to meet on-site for any reasons necessary to my employer and my work, so long as it is understood my main work position and obligations will be met and completed by majority in my own home.

Pay is based on project and I am open to negotiations.

Payments must be received either by, 1. PayPal, at least once every 2 weeks, or upon project completion; 2. By money order or professional check for me to receive IN-PERSON, or 3. Payment in cash, USD, transacted IN-PERSON.

IN-PERSON meetings for payment transactions must take place in company quarters or on the premise of employee/employer local Civic Center as a protective and mediating measure of caution.
