I started working at Construction Company in 2013, i was an Autocad Operator and
Site Supervisor. My job tasks includes drafting and creating technical drawings and
detailing shop drawings and as built plan based on given specifications and
calculations.
PROJECT IN CHARGE JUNE 2014 – JUNE 2018
As a Project in Charge of construction, I am now handling a single project
construction. My job includes from preparation of plans, take off of materials,
preparation of detailed cost analysis/ estimates, project actual supervision. I am now
responsible of the total project construction activities and manages the construction
sschedule.
ASSISTANT AREA MANAGER JUNE 2018 – JUNE 2020
I am now handling seven Building construction projects. I am working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs. Together with our Area Manager, we are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope.
